A verdant lawn becomes a gauzy green background when a 250mm lens focuses in on the tiny red petals of a euphorbia milii shrub. Photographed in Coral Springs, Florida, April 26, 2014. Higher resolution versions of this photo can be viewed at 500px.com.

Nice, Ken! Great job! I love how you composed this! xx Amy
Hmmm……Sounds to me I should change strategy. Here I am crawling in the mud to get my pics with my macro, and you are using a 250mm lens. (smile)
Thank you, Amy! And with your eye for the right shot, you’d produce beauties with any lens. 🙂
Now what do you expect me to say to this? Thank you, Ken. Your compliment meant the world to me. I just photographed Pansies and Tulips yesterday, with the words ringing in my ears from my neighbor, “I don’t know if you want to photograph those. They are no too happy.” I found their beauty. One of them is on my post today. (smile) No matter how sad the flower, I am able to find the inner glow. Have a great day, Ken!!! Love, Amy
🙂
Nella semplicità di un fiore, tutta la bellezza della natura e una splendida foto con uno sfondo perfetto!!
