Misnomer

It’s called a Brown Eyed Susan (rudbeckia triloba), but the name seems to overlook this flower’s other, more prominently colorful features. Photographed in Central Park’s Conservatory Gardens, New York City, September 20, 2014. Higher resolution versions of this photo can be viewed at 500px.com.
