After sitting dormant for several years, the potted desert rose bush outside my front door has returned with a vengeance, first sporting new blooms in July (seen here), then again in August and September (seen here), and now again in mid-October. Photographed in Coral Springs, Florida, October 15, 2013. Higher resolution versions of this photo can be viewed at 500px.com.
Another beauty! Glorious colors!
Thank you—yet again!
So pretty. The droplets of water are a bonus. I used to have one of these plants. I had forgotten about it until I saw the first image that you posted of the flower. She is photogenic, for sure. 🙂
Thank you!
Ken your photos inspire! Such vivid color.
Thank you, my friend—you are very kind!
I really do enjoy seeing life through your lens, keep the good stuff coming!
I’ll do my best!
You see, good things just take time. 🙂
This is beautiful, Kenn.
Really gorgeous color.
Thank you, Lisa—you are both kind and wise. 🙂
The color is fabulous.
Thank you, Pat, although I take no credit—the vivid color of the desert rose just makes it very lens-friendly.
